Default Which Whey Protein?

Hi.. I am new to weight training. I'm a 35 year old female. Started using hand weights in March. I wondered if anyone can recommend to me a really good whey protein i can get in the UK? One that doesnt cost an arm and a let would be good. Not sure I can afford some of them. No point buying it once and then finding out I cant afford to buy it again.
Kind Regards
Nic

I'm gonna have to recommend the cheapest whey available here, either www.myprotein.co.uk or www.bulkpowders.co.uk , simple WPC (whey protein concentrate) its about £25 for 5kg.

If you want something flavoured or tastier, go for Extreme whey or ON gold standard.

Panther, Extreme gives everyone who are members 25% off everything he sells on his site (see link on home page of this site) or you could look here www.betterbodies.uk.com where we have everything discounted by 25% too and have a selection of lots of different brands.

What flavour do you like? The PVL Whey Gourmet range has the best selection of flavours around, Dymatize is cheap and the taste is echo'd in that, Extreme Whey is a good product with nice taste and no artificial additives, ON Whey is a good product too some flavours are better than others though, Inner Armour Whey is a solid product too.

Personally I think Perfect Isopure is too expensive but its our best seller so what do I know?

i have used a comination of reflex, prolab and metrx in the past and stuck with these as other brands have either been minging or not agreed with me. Have been giving extreme a try last few weeks and have to say it tatses nice (strawberry flavour) and is good quality so will be sticking with it.

brands ive used in the past and not liked:

Dymatize (rank - threw it awhey - lol bad pun)
Peak Body (very poor in my opinion)
Title
Ultimate Nutrition (should come with a concrete mixer)
CNP/Dorian Approved (pro peptide gave me the sh*ts)

Good quality products from extreme, check out the link on the front page(25% discount also). I've been using www.bulkpowders.co.uk cheap, reliable and pretty good quality.
Basically, any of the ones that have been recommended above.
