What I mean is, one with creatine, protein and/or anything else I need to bulk up. I prefer something that mixes with water, or better yet, a capsule. Yes, I'm looking for a magic bullet. :? |

Creatine, yes but tablet or capsule forms are more expensive. So, the best way forward is a supplement you can mix with water etc. I prefer to buy the ingredients separately so I save money and can mix different combinations/ratios depending on my aims. I'm sure if you look around on the web there's bound to be a company which is based in Canada or USA which sell bulk ingredients. I'm not sure about what's a good ready mixed supplement on the market. Maybe on of the other members can recommend one. Although if you're looking to bulk up, no amount of protein and/or creatine will compensate for a poor diet and sloppy routine. There are some good examples of bulking diets and routines on the board, should you feel the need to compare. Hope this helps |

A company based in USA which sell a huge range at very good prices are www.1fast400.com From them you can get 6lb of weightgainer, a whey and complex carb mix with 3g of creatine in each serving for 33.52 Canadian dollars. Or something that would give you the freedom to mix as you wish and would last a bit longer is the 10lb 100% Whey -Gold Standard for 54.75 Canadian dollars bought with 400g of Creaform Creatine for 11.17. To add a few calories and carbs just add ice-cream, peanut butter, bananas etc. These are just a few suggestions. Like I said there's a huge selection. But remember the most expensive products don't necessarily mean better products. Also, I'm not sure on the delivery costs but I'm sure it's not much, plus some of the Canadian web sites I looked at seemed quite pricey. |

Didn't go as far as putting in my card details etc. Just saw the 56 dollars and thought it was the total. Sorry for getting your hopes up chaps |
