Default Coffee.....

....when doing my am cardio on an empty stomach I always have a strong black coffee with no milk or sugar 30mins before.

My question is and I have always wondered if the amount of coffee 2teaspoons was an adaquate amount to help facilitate fat loss?

...and what do you guys use to help with the process.

Default coffee

hey buddy, i always take a couple of t-spoons of coffee before exercise and i find it works just fine and very cheap. Caffeine can raise the bodies temprature maybe 1 to 2 degrees i read somewhere. But if you can afford it there are some effective fat loss supplements out there.

It will raise your body temperature slightly, not sure if it's as much as 2% but that would depend on how much you take. I'd be very surprised if 2teaspoons (approx 110mg caffeine) raised your body temperature by more than 0.5 of a degree. Most people have approx 300mg of caffeine a day, but obviously not in one cup  .

There is also the issue of tollerance, so I only use caffeine when I'm doing cardio and even then I vary the amounts from 60mg - 200mg.
This way I get the extra kick when I'm a bit lethargic but I also don't need to keep incereasing the amount I take.
