Default Creatine and caffine

i've read sources saying caffine effects how efficiently creatine works is this true??

should i cut caffine out all together or is it ok to drink 2 cups a day and not drink it for like 4 hrs either side of taking creatine

I honestly wouldnt worry about it. The effects of caffeine on creatine may exist, but if anything it will just reduce its bioavailability by a minimal amount, so just continue to have caffeine.

Me, i have shit loads of both (creatine and caffeine) that is, and haven't noticed creatine not working.

Caffeine is a diuretic whereas one of the positive effects of creatine is providing more fluid into the muscle. But as long as you take in plenty of fluids then there's no reason why you shouldn't drink coffee or take caffeine supplements while using creatine.
Just make sure you compensate for the diuretic effect of caffeine.

I don't think bulk creatine is any less quality than branded creatine IMO and Iv'e never heard that though I agree with the bulk whey taste. The quality of companies whey can depend on a lot of things but IMO NZ 80% concentrate you can't go wrong with although the unflavoured taste does get repetitive. You can buy flavouring from bulk powders but I've never used them so not sure how good they are. At the end of the day wherever you buy creatine from it should be very cheap muscletech products are marketing hype as stated.

The most effective creatine I've ever used was combined with vitargo.
