| Under Construction | Hey! Glad you asked. Just use dumbbells and lay on the ground. its acutally not bad 2 do that, just as long as you contract your shoulder blades all the way up on your ecentric movment. which means when you press up. lift your shoulders off the ground as high as you can and touch dumbbells and squeze while doing so. ______________________ "if you cant beat em Join em." Remove the wood and do press ups with your hands on the wheels/bricks and you now can fully stretch your pecs or place your hands on the with your butt betweet the gap and have your feet elevated, use a bucket or another wheel if need be, now you can to tricep dips. Swap over facing the floor with your feet elevated again and do your press ups, you've now just done some incline work.
