Default dumbells wit no bench

hey guys im starting out!!

im too thin, im 6ft and 10 stone!! so im starting out wth dumbells!! i ave nicely toned chest but i am trying to get them bigger!!

i dont have a bench, so wat is te best excersise wit no bench? im doing 100 pushups a day too...

nice idea - you mean in a bag on my back?

when i do my chest inclines or chest flies on the floor, i feel it more in my arms than my chest! makes me think i am not doing enough reps or sets!!

i really want to focus on my pecs at the min

most presses work the Tri's. Keep your elbows out wide upper arms 90deg to chest.

so how does any old joe who as a small bedroom build their pecs and chest wit no bench? i like the weights on back idea...

i could not find the section about gary's routine area...sorry!!

also, does the chest look stronger with or without the chest hair?

i would love to have the condifedence to walk topless one day

Hey! Glad you asked. Just use dumbbells and lay on the ground. its acutally not bad 2 do that, just as long as you contract your shoulder blades all the way up on your ecentric movment. which means when you press up. lift your shoulders off the ground as high as you can and touch dumbbells and squeze while doing so.

Get a solid piece of wood and some bricks or a couple of old car wheels with no tyres on them and place the wood across them, voila - you now have a bench.

Remove the wood and do press ups with your hands on the wheels/bricks and you now can fully stretch your pecs or place your hands on the with your butt betweet the gap and have your feet elevated, use a bucket or another wheel if need be, now you can to tricep dips.

Swap over facing the floor with your feet elevated again and do your press ups, you've now just done some incline work.
