| Under Construction | hello everyone! i need to decrease my bodyfat % My diet starts from today which will be high in protien! I dont need to loose loadsss of bodyfat just need to shed so abs can be seen! Any ideas of what i can put in/cut out of my diet! unfortunately cant upload pics i know theres alot of wise and experienced heads on here so would love to hear your advice!! Cheers!! Oh yeh! (ive got 7 weeks until my holiday and im not at work for them 7 weeks either!) so im looking for a strict diet! Gym routine! for them 7weeks! |

| Under Construction Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Staffordshire Posts: 58 Rep Power: ![]() | Doing the same thing mate and it's comming of me, this is what i do, 6.30am 30 minute run (not a sprint but light jog) in the evening ill do a 30 minute fast walk followed by abbs and unless ive done them in the morning if so then i might use my punch bag for 15 minutes. I use a pre loaded weight vest that contains 10kg of sand bags and this adds resistance to my walking and gives my legs great cuts. Ive reduced my carbs and dont eat them after 6pm. some days i dont have carbs at all. Good luck |
