Default Looking to get to next level

Hello All, I'm 6'0 tall and currently weigh about 14 and a half stone, 34" waist and would say medium build. I've been training for about 2 years on and off but mainly to lose weight from the "beer belly" as I was a 38" waist and nearly 16 stone. oh and I'm 35 years old.

I'm now getting into training a bit more and see blokes who are really lean and toned and obviously would love to be there. So my question is...are there any supplements, potions, diets that I should really be following to help me get there??? I've picked the brains of guys down the gym, and people at local supplement shops and they all have different views and advice to the point that I'm totally confused about it all.

Please help !!!!!

Regards

The melter..

Most of them have crap advice as well.

Reducing bodyfat is about diet and cardio. Have a read through the diet section as a start. Feel free to ask more specific questions if you hit anything you don't understand.

(sorry for the vague answer its just difficult to post back everything I know about cuttin we would be here all week)

supplements may aid you but no more than about 5%
