Default losin weight

HI THERE, I HAVE RECENTLY GAVE UP SMOKING AND HAVE REALLY PILED THE POUNDS ON. I THINK THAT EVERYTIME I CRAVE A CIGGY I MUST THINK IM HUNGARY AND REACH FOR FOOD. I REALLY NEED TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT. CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE ME ON WHAT WOULD BE BEST FOR ME TO DO. I AM 36 YEARS OLD AND I WEIGH ABOUT 14 STONE 7 POUNDS. I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARBS, IM NOT SURE WHAT THEY ARE IN TO TRY TO AVOID THEM. Carol, carbs are energy foods like pasta, bread, potato, rice, cereal, dairy produce, fruit, and stuff like that.

You want to switch to meat, vegetables, fish and poultry really, with some good carbs included.
