Default power cleans

thanx for the replys - re the dips.

Now for another question, previously when bulking (over ten years ago now) my coach at the time would swear by power cleans- and they seemed to work , he would encourage us do them with heavy dumbells . I cant find any reference to the exercise on musclechat , I would be interested in your views.

regards

TKD

Solid compound exercise.

Personally, I don't really do any olympic - style lifts but theres no reason not to do them
