After reading the sticky for a beginers routine on here, I am going to follow the advice and stick to the basic exercises - full bod work out 3x a week - squats-calf raise-bench-chins-shoulder press-curls- tri extensions. Was wondering though if i could replace dips for the tri extensions- what are your thoghts please. cheers tkd |
