Default Quick question

I have been working out for well over a year now and have seen good results. However in recent times the right side of my body has been developing faster than my left side ie my right leg, pecs etc are bigger on my right side.
Any help?

Try doing everything with dumbells and leg movements individually, one of the gyms I use has a leg press with each side independant to the other so your weaker sife gets no help from the stronger one.

Hey bud. Most people will find a difference between left and right as most people are single side dominant. Something i"ve been trying lately is to reverse the order in which I do my excercises. I mostly use dumbells for upper body and found myself doing my right arm first then my left arm right after it and finding myself doing less reps on the left as I was gtting tired. Try doing the right arm first and then doing the right arm. Same for all dumbell excercises. Give er a go eh.

my left arm is quite significantly bigger than my right, its weird (18in vs about 17 1/2)

It doesn't bother me though, i'm not going on stage so not overly bothered.

Yip, the right side of my **** is bigger than the left. So now when i make love i do it on my left so that to build the left side of the penis up. LOL
