Yeah. Good Diet, Whey, Creatine. And do some research into steroids for when you reach your natural limit.

Welcome to musclechat.

Personally I would wait and train naturally for a while before you consider steroids again. As you've trained before you'll have 'muscle memory' on your side - essentially you'll gain very rapidly and get close to where you were before (assuming diet and training are sorted of course).

Its always much easier to gain the second time around compared to the first.

hi

let see:

"hi all, need some advice on which cycle to go with, i was taking dianabol last year with good results but a career change forced me to give up weights and concentrate on cv fitness which means i have now lost all the gains i had Sad. But i will be hitting the weights again in a few weeks would you guys recommend dianabol again or should i try somthing else im 25 5'8 and bang on 11st thanks in advance for any replys"

Firsrt, I wouldnt recommend anybody to do steroids unless they had taken part in heavy, consistent and intense training for at least a year, but ideally more. I would also not recommend their use (particularly in beginner usage) for people who haven't hit a plateau, or havent been stuck at a weight for a long time even with consistent diet, training and supplementation.

Lastly you say that you are only 5'8 and 11stone.. unless your sub 10% bodyfat and ripped to shreds, I personally (and many may argue with me) don't think that the use of steroids is 'deserved' until you have a large muscular solid base to your physique.

You say yourself that you have given up weights - i suggest you get a diet, supplementation and training plan sorted, and when you have been consistently doing this for another year or two, consider the use of steroids (at your height, i'd say at least 12 1/2 stone at a low body fat %...)
