| Under Construction Join Date: Mar 2006 Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | today is my first propper weight session.i say propper as ive been before but never stuck at it.i think once i start to see my physique changing my enthusiasm will grow so my question is how long will it be untill i start to see definate changes.i will be doing the push/pull/legs workout.i know nobody can say definatly but a guideline would be nice.how long did it take you guys to see things happen.?????? |
