Default 1st time

today is my first propper weight session.i say propper as ive been before but never stuck at it.i think once i start to see my physique changing my enthusiasm will grow so my question is how long will it be untill i start to see definate changes.i will be doing the push/pull/legs workout.i know nobody can say definatly but a guideline would be nice.how long did it take you guys to see things happen.??????

well dpends??whats your body type/size what your diets like how hard you train and how well you rest!
but its possible to see a change in as little as o month!but if you don't just stick at it and you will see a change in no time at all,and its the best motivation there is when you see that change
