| Under Construction Join Date: Mar 2006 Posts: 5 Rep Power: ![]() | HEy!!..im luis and im having alot of trouble getting started!! I know i have alot to work on but i am determined to do wat ever it takes to make my goal....only problem is I dont know where to start I know i have to eat alot to gain muscle but as far as exercising i really dont kno where 2 go from there.should i hit the weights heavy or light ? should i go 2 the gym every day or just a few days a week.I dont kno,im so confused i just want 2 know whats the best nd fastest way 2 see results. height- 5'7 weight- 125 my goal is to be 190 nd cut..can anybody help me? |

| Making Progress | Hi dude & welcome You should look at the link for training: http://musclechat.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=1983 start with a weight you can handle to be able to just get the reps you want, try to get correct form when exicuting the exercises, dont be afraid to ask people in the gym about certain exercises & equipment Look at the link for diet: http://www.musclechat.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=4308 remember you want to bulk so you will want to increase your calories, make sure they are quality foods. |
