Default Bulking and cutting

Hi,
I currently weigh in at 15st 2lb, but I think I can lose around 1 1/2 stone of bodyfat to cut up. My question is how could I stay around 14st when cut? I understand the concepts behind diet for both cutting and bulking but what do you do, do you bulk for 3 months then cut for 3 and so on or do you bulk for a year and achieve a target weight and then cut?

you would need to eat enough calories to maintain that shape and size, every day. example 3500 everyday. same protein carb and fat totals.

theres no real way to decide how long to bulk for. you bulk until you think you have a decent amount of muscle underneath ..cutting usually about 12-16 weeks depending on how much bodyfat you have.
