Default Warm up?

Hi,

would 10-15 mins on a rowing machine be an ok warm up for a full body weights session?

if not could you recomend one?

i tend to do a light warm up set before any part i work out

i think thats a good overall warmup to get the juices flowing and get the muscles warm. Probably good to do some stretching after the row, then a couple of warm up sets like devil says on each new bodypart before upping the weights.

thanks, what weight would you suggest for the warm up? is it a set percentage of what i'm lifting?

nothing too stuck, i do about 40 - 60% of my target set weight for about 20 - 25 reps
