Default new after 11 year lay off

Hi All

Got some advice when i posted as new member. I will be training 3 times a week and wonder if anyone can give me a workout spread over the 3 times i will go each week.

I would find it helpful and not bad shape for 49 year old young un lol also giving up ciggies.

i am weighing 12st 10lbs and not heavy or dense.

regards

frank

if you need any more info ask away

hi devilsquest and thanks for you reply.11 years ago it took about 1 year before any results.Yet this time i feel as i am doing it all correct and i will have to look at my routine later as i know best results in first year.

Maybe i understand what to do better this time but hopefully after few months get stronger and then increase all the wieghts i am using.
