Hey bud, could you post a list of your daily food intake in the nutrition forum and we'll have a look at it for you.

Eating clean and incorporating some cardio into your routine will help as well but you're always going to burn off the calories required to grow.

Generaly speaking you would either bulk up or strip away fat. Trying to do both is bloody hard and long winded.

Cut carbs just by about 5% on daily intake, cut out any junk food or snakz you may be consuming, and how much cardio are you doing a week?

Na running wont burn of new muscle, if you do little and often eg dont do over half an hour and do it bout 2-3 times a week also do the running after your work out not before!
If you dont like runing, do something els like on a bike, or do something that uses you muscles more such as rowing or something..i dont no.lol
OR you could just burn of all the fat then build the HUGE SHREDED body!

You cant bulk and burn fat at the same time when bulking try to increase your bodyweight by 1lb a week no more or your fat will get out of hand if your putting on more than 1lb a week cut carbs and fat untill your just gaining 1lb aweek. once youve got to your ideal size then you can burn fat reduce carbs and fat slowly keep protien high add 20mins cardio 3 times a week lose 1-2lb aweek if loseing more keep calories higher if not loseing enough add mor cardio and or reduce calories more good luck bro.
