Default Supplement help?

Hello all!
I need advice about supplements. Is it ok to use supplements (creatine, protein shakes) when starting weight work outs??? I really wanna bulk up as i am very thin but havent started training yet!



Any feedback would be great Thanx!

first, delete one of your posts...

second, yes, feel free to start the creatine whenever you like...many people respond very well to it...protein is a must and virtually all of us use them to supplement our diet...jus make sure that most of your calories come from food, not shakes...

Thanx 4 reply, i was in doubt because i didnt want the gain in mass to over take the muscle growth and me turn into a blob because ive seen some of my friends get a lot of weight on real quick using creatine etc. and they are struggling too cut it back now!

remember...bulking up is really a matter diet and lifting heavy weights!...ive seen lots of guys use virtually every supplement and AAS and not get great results because thier diet and/or training was WAY off spec...
