The reason I missed out legs as I have been advised my legs are in great shape mainly due to the sports I do play and the fact I walk everywhere and run quite a bit. I carry a lot of weight across my chest and stomach. PS what are DOMS is the pain you get after a work out? sorry if this sounds really thick, but patronise me as I am just starting out. ______________________ If you can't join them, beat them. |
