Can anyone advise of a good beginners work out mainly for abs, back, arms and chest?

Thanks and I agree with the point and the plan sounds great.

The reason I missed out legs as I have been advised my legs are in great shape mainly due to the sports I do play and the fact I walk everywhere and run quite a bit. I carry a lot of weight across my chest and stomach.

PS what are DOMS is the pain you get after a work out?
sorry if this sounds really thick, but patronise me as I am just starting out.

DOMS= Delayed Onset Muscle Sorness...usually like when you are not sore the first day after working a muscle group, but are the next or following day...
