Default Training programme critique. what do you think?

Hi all!

Can any one give feed back on my routine

Day 1

Cardio
Traps

Day 2
Chest and tri's
Normally around 6 different exercisers for each,
Mixing between light weights more reps, drop sets, and max lifts

Day 3
Back and Bi's
Same again normally about 5 -6 different exercisers for each

Day 4
Shoulders and Legs
same again!

i also play football for an hour once aweek as well as the odd run!

i am trying to lose weight mainly from my belly, and keep the muscle i have already got!

i really push my self when i am down the gym, and really do what i can. i love feeling like i have had a real good work out.

i just need to know what i am doing is having a good positive affect.

i know alot of people do a little bit of each muscle group each time they hit the gym!
which is best?
i do it the way i do cos the person i started going to the gym with did it like that!

any feed back would be great!

thanks all!

your routine seems pretty similar to mine if not the same, but i limit to 4 excercises per body part.

training seems ace to me.

keep it up!! always high intensity and do the big ole weights if yers can to gain best size.

i guess do lots more sit ups to get rid of belly, on more regular basis.

...looks good, especially if it works for you...usually people keep 4-5 exercises for large muscle groups and 3-4 exercises for the smaller ones...also, if you want to loose the belly, situps and crunches wont do that...only cardio and diet will so i would add more cardio/week...
