Default Pulled Muscle

Earlier at gym i tried to bench press a little too much to early, it feels like if just been given a dead arm. Whats the best way to treat and sort out a minor pulled muscle? (side and back of my bicep)

Thanks Sean.

Looks like you mean your tricep.
Just rest it for a thew days and it should clear up, if it hasnt after a week consult your docter you may have torn your tricep but i wouldnt of thought that is the case.
In the future if you dont already make sure you stretch your tricep aswell as your chest before benching and do a good 12 rep warm up before starting heavy.
Hope it heals, dont worry m8 i suspect it will be fine in a thew days

like divie said a good warm up is in order before attempting any heavy weight in any exercise, so just make sure you learn from your mistakes in future.
Hope you get better soon and get back benching once your healed up.
But be 100% sure your healed before training that muscle again.
