I haven't used one but they definitely work, otherwise people wouldn't use them. From what I've heard you can increase bench weight by up to 20kg with one but it just depends on your current abilities. Unless your in competition then I wouldn't bother as it's the bench that will be doing that extra weight so as soon as you take it off you'll be back to lifting what you were.

And thats all if you can get the shirt on in the first place.

:shock: Never heard of these! Could be a great laugh under my training shirt, would surprise my training partner no end
Just done a search though and there seems to be some concern as to using the right tecnique with them. Could only find them for sale in the states but reasonably cheap though.
