| Under Construction | Hi am Ady 22 form North Wales in the UK I have been doin some heavy reaserch into body building and just wanted to chek that im doing it the right was as a Beginer Im 22 5 Foot 9 Inches High and weigh about 15 Stone wich is about 210 Pounds I have read books searched the net and found as much info out as i can before i started. So form my findings i have put together a nutrition and work out patterns and just wanted to check if they were some what correct Nutrition Eating pleny of protine and carbohydreats, aslo takin multi vitamine tablets along with vitamin c and iron. cutitn out fatty foods and fryed foors and eating small meals wvery 2 - 3 hours, and drinkin 8 pints of water daily. Workouts Monday Wednesday and Fridays conststing of the following routines Bench Press (CHEST) 12 Reps 10 Reps 10 Reps 8 Reps Barbell Curl (BICEPS) 12 Reps 10 Reps 10 Reps French Press (TRICEPS) 12 Reps 10 Reps 10 Reps Bent Over Row (LATS) 12 Reps 10 Reps 10 Reps 8 Reps Military Press (SHOULDERS) 12 Reps 10 Reps 10 Reps Shrugs (TRAPEZIUS) 12 Reps 10 Reps 10 Reps Squats (THIGH) 12 Reps 10 Reps 10 Reps 8 Reps i am already quite a big person and thaught its about time i made the most of my size - i am quite fit and go swimmin before work every morning Any advice would be great Thanks Ady |

| Illuminati | i`d do the squats first-change the shrugs and bent overs to chins and french press to close grip bench press,but apart from that you`re basically ok--stick to compound exercises and keep it simple-less is more-stick to 3 x a week-try to add a small amount of weight to the bar each week- ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
