| Banned Making Progress | yes 2 mins and keep a diary of your trainning that way you know how many reps you got last time and always shoot for 1 more the next. it keeps a record of your progress, nothing like seeing your gains in black and white to keep you motivated good to look back on as well a few years down the line |
