i looked in to creatine a while ago and many places that i looked said that you shoulndt use creatine. The reason why people say this is becasue some people on differenet websites say that it is pointless as because when it enters the body,in the liquid form, it gets distroyed easily by the stomach acids and there fore is a point less thing to take. also there was a study done on a person who was taken creatine, in the long term cause then to have kidney problems but as soon as they avoided the creatine the problme was reversed. just thought that i would have a bit of im put. also some people found that even in large amounts the creatine didnt have any effect on there body at all.

There are many forms of creatine, you only mentioned two.

Most people are using creatine ethyl ester (CEE) these days, as its much more bioavailible and almost everyone responds well to it.

creatine is the bolox. its one of the biggest, of not, te biggest discoveries in BB for naturally increasing muscle size. There are a lot of bullshit products on the BB market, but creatine certainly insnt 1. definately pilles on the weight if used woth good training and diet. iv only ever used monohydrate but would definately be interested in CEE.

Apparently Creatine Ethly Ester is the better stuff, Monohydrate can lead to bloatedness and doesent work as well....aparrently.

It is safe to use though, many atheletes use it too.
