Default Exercises for beginners

beginner exercises, i am overweight by 6st so need to lose weight as well as build muscle

muscle...

In this case your 1st step of all would be to "reduce" your calorin & fat intake , which means stuff like fast food (pizza, chips, hot dog etc) shouldn't be eaten any more... stopp that and eat stuff like salat & furit!

2nt step would be, working more on cardio' in other words, do running or even bicylce so that your body start's working & burning the "fat" which has been stored into your body for those years.

3rd step would be, after you done thise routine for a couple of mothns - you probably will realise that you have a bit of lost - then you can start training doing more on liftin (workout).


That's what I would start of...
