Default Testosterone

What is the best product for increasing testosterone?

I'm not exactly young anymore, 32 years old, so my levels are not as high as they use to be.

Can anyone suggest any decent products that will help me get good results?

Hey Giblets,

Regular, good training will raise T leves sufficently, I'm 31 and can definately tell a difference when I train heavy - the only other way to go is to introduce 'foreign' T into your body....

Never used it before..

I was just interested in it because of some of the people at the gym, who are 30+, seem to take shed loads of it and the gains that they are getting seem immense compare to what i'm getting.

I train 4 times a week, so i presume that it is enough to raise my T levels to get some gains.

Just wondering about it to be honest, prefer the 'Au natural route' myself

Default T

Hello there

If you are worried about your T level you can get a T count done, a training buddy of mine had it done as he turned 50 (i'm only 27 though) and thought his was dropping, he went and had it done and it came out at normal level.

Anyway if you want to kow where to go to get it done I can find out for you.

J

Default Normal T Level

Normal T level is between 400 & 800 among those tested...but that's the problem. Usually the only guys that get their T level checked are having problems, so it clouds the results. If you want to gain muscle you need a T level of 800-1,600.
