| Under Construction | I am concentrating on my torso currently, and have planned my routine now thanks to the help from you guys and gals. As I do a lot of "leg" sports i've avoided many legs routines (especially as I am short on time!) Now however I think I should at-least do some leg work. I won't have a lot of time to tweak them, so I want to make sure I choose the best leg exercises rather than end up doing not so good exercises. If you could choose only 2 or 3 exercises for legs, what would they be, and in what priority order? Great if you could help me! Thanks everyone! |

| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | hello Dystran without a doubt ,number 1 would be squats. i think everyone would agree with me on this. then for number 2 and 3 i would choose. leg press and donkey calve raises. and thats the order i would choose aswell. but really a few more exercises would be much better. |
