Or as you are starting out you may find that training your upper body on monday, lower on wednesday, upper on friday then the next week Lower body on monday, upper on wednesday, lower on friday is a great start to buiding a good base and will increase mass and strength. But if you follow this only give each bodypart 3 sets in a workout i.e 3 on chest 3 on back 3 on biceps etc. And I agree with leg training, It is a MUST for anyone bodybuilding. It will help icrease upper bosy strength as it is a big muscle group and produces alot of chemicals. I go to the gym and I look around all those big guys and I look at myself in the mirror, How long does it take to improve my body? I know its not easy to be in shape. Well, Ive lost a lot of weight, Im not fat and I was not fat before, it was only my belly, but anyway, Im 7 kg less than I was six months ago. Ive been training since june 2003, but I didnt take it too serious. This year I said to myself that I have to do better and Im really trying hard. im spending some money with my suplements that I find very important and I gave myself a free day, where I can eat some of my junk food. I keep on a serious diet monday to saturday , and sunday Im free but I just eat my favorite burguer king, and thats all. Thats it pals, thaks again, and I have my pics from when I started my work out and some from now, and I can see the improvements.Ill keep in touch because you knowm more than I do ,and I will follow your advice. |

The amount of time taken to improve your body depends on the following 1. Your genetics 2. Your Total Calorie intake, and how these calories are made up 3. Your training, Finding a balance between over and undertraining. 4. Enhancing suppliments such as steroids or prohormones There are other factors but you cant go wrong if you eat alot of calories with good quality lean proteins and great low glycemic carbs and DONT OVERTRAIN J ______________________ 50% of bodybuilding is nutrition 50% of body building is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above |
