Default Gym buddy/mentor wanted

Long time fitness guy wanting to return to gym workouts for lean/definition work after a long lay off.

I have picked up many injuries in the past so cant do much running or other motive cardio work but hoping to get back into swimming for cardio work, i can motivate others more than self motivate so looking for a hard task master gym buddy to get me going.

Long time Manchester YMCA member, but will relocate to another gym, but I am not a car owner.

So anyone in the same position as myself or a guy wanting a work out buddy for mutual motivating sessions get in touch ASAP (beers after an option)

Cheers guys Doug aka debtcollector

Debt Collector, visit www.paulgeorge.org, his gym is in manchester and is the resident IFBB Pro on Musclechat, if you're training in his gym Paul will guide you with the best and most honest information to suit you, your bodytime and your goals.

Ross, I'd advise you to go to; Venice Physique Studios Ltd, Unit 2a1 Templeton Business Centre, Glasgow, 0141 554 7184

If your going to go I would advise you to go after 3pm so you can speak to Derek Black who is the owner and will be able to help you in any way you need when it comes to training and diet, he may be able to hook you up with a training partner too as there are bound to be others in the same position as you or some old heads who wouldn't mind a protoge.
