On a treadmill sprint fast for about a minute then slow it down to a jog for a minute then sprint again. Keep doing this for a while because it turns your body into a fat burning furnace. Here is a good routine to get good figure and so on without being super muscled. 10 mins light CV to warm up (cycling/jogging/rowing) (NOT HIIT!) 5 Minutes deep stretching Then do 10/15 minutes HIIT A little break, have a drink etc Do some bodyweight exercises. bodyweight exercises can be pressups, dips, pullups, squats, situps (if you don't know how to do these as your gym instructor or whatnot, they are usually good with these things) Do each exersize to exaustion (when you cant quite get one more). Now do some more HIIT. Now do light weights on all the machines, high repitions, 3 sets, low weight. This is good for toning. Remember to drink a lot of water, this helps flush fat out the system. Now keep doing that circuit. HIIT, Bodyweight, HIIT, Light weights for about an hour then your done. No more otherwise you overdo it. In a few weeks you will see the difference. |

( for a more comprehensive guide search the net for Complex Carbohydrates ) Then you need to add more protein into your diet such as Tuna, chicken, turkey & some red meat. Something like a 10/ 40/ 50 split ( Fat/ Protein/ Carbs ) to start and see how you body reacts then adjust accordingly. Just my 2 cents ______________________ "Training is not a hobby but a way of life" "All of my advise is for role playing purposes only, I do not in anyway condone the use of steroids" |
