| Under Construction | go to a good gym, find a good instructor(get parents to check their qualifications or ask someone to do it who already works out and knows which quals are good) and ask them to put a program together that is suitable for your age and level of experiance. this should not include any maximal lifts, heavy doubles/triples or advanced free weights exercises. this may cost some money, but then so does piano lessons, football kit, etc... | Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2004 Posts: 4 Rep Power: ![]() | Hey guys thanks for al de advice i've started 1 hour of jogging evry day now, n i've deveoled a good start on my abs but i still have a little fat at the bottom of my stomach, can anyone give us a way of getting rid of it. I have also joined my school gym that has just been built so i'll be goin there when i go bac, again thanks for all the help. Zam |
