| Under Construction Join Date: Mar 2004 Posts: 12 Rep Power: ![]() | Just wondering if this is any good, great info did not relise how much i had to eat to lose the fat. through out the day I just manage 6 egg whites,2 tins of tuna,2 chicken breasts,250 grm tub of cottage cheese,6 slices of wholemeal bread,fruit and veg,pre and post workout drinks,4 protien shakes,porridge and skimmed mild and 5 litres of water.Have a great sleep on the night but the body fat percentage is coming down and my lass loves it. |

| Making Progress | Just a bit of harmless fun john, everytime you post a certain amount you go up a weight, after strawweight its flyweight, bantomweight, ask steve when he comes back mate, its not meant to offend anybody, by the way serious diet you got going there, keep losing the b/f. Dave. |
