| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2004 Posts: 4 Rep Power: ![]() | Does arm wrestling use the most? I am a 15 year old male and in school we have little arm wresltling tournaments and I want to win!! Which muscles should I train and what is the best workout for them? (I have a 40KG barbell set but no bench) Thanks in advance for any help given. | Making Progress | Hiya mate, its not actually just some muscles that count, but really total upper body strength is a must, you cant have big arms without big shoulders the two work together, also upper/lower back,neck muscles, must be exercised, to provide power that you need to perform in this type of sport.
