Hi mate, welcome to the board, i think what you are after, is AST VP 2, Steve, it is a fancy new whey protein drink, that they have produced, with all the jargon that goes with it. Check out the AST website, you should find out more about it there. Hope i have helped mate.

generally the ast stuff is good quality,so if anyone does use this,let us all no whats it like
