Default keeping fit for work

I dont know if this will be of intrest but the reason I like to keep fit,is to help me in my job. I am a driving Instructor and have seen to many go down hill sat in a car 9 hrs a day and end up ill and fat. With the help of weight training it helps me to keep a good posture in the car as back injury can happen so easy, I dont want a perfect figure yet as there is many years of work to go,but it would be nice just wondering if anyone else has same sort of reason to keep it going cheers.
