I am 20yrs of age, 5ft8 tall and weigh around 8stone - yes i am a skinny little B*stard!! I currently play football at a good non league level and not sounding bi head...i have been told I have good ability but due to my physically presence I don't show what i can do more often. I have been advised to work hard over the next 6months builing myself up for next season so that i can go on adnd maybe play league football in the future. I do find it hard to put on weight...i eat a fair amount but never gain... I have started to sort my diet out leaving out the crisps, chocolates etc. and just sticking to cereals, pasta, spaghetti, chicken, steak, kidney, veg etc. I would like advic on how Ican build on my strength and what supplemets you would recomment me using...I have been told to eat 6 small meals per day and use supplements to make these up. I want to put on more weight, my target weight is going to be 9.5/10 stone but I want that to be muscle/strength than anything else... I am going to start jogging 2-3 times a week and am investing in a multi gym and a boxing bag etc. so any advice on supplements or anything you feel i need to know would be fantastic. Cheers Chris |

Also you could try a creatine supp to help is gains and recovery, i sujest Ribomatrix by Reflex because it contains everything you need. 5 meals a day would be enough, you will find that hard enough to eat. Plenty of good wholemeal carbs and proteins and have at least 3 shakes a day of your mrp or gainer first thing in the moring, afternoon or after training and last thing at night. Keep training your legs and do cardio like you say, a dramatic gain in weight might make your legs weak so no good for you keep them up to date. Do low rep heavy weight training this will build size and strength. Eat hard and train hard and you will be there in no time. Read over the boards and see what posts are relevant to you ![]() ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |
