If you want to tighten it all up its best not to go too heavy and maybe increase the reps a little because small reps with heavy weight will build strength and size. For good tone i would sujest more reps and medium weight and most importantly good form on the exercise. Some fatloss regime would be good to loose excess off the body.

What does your chest day look like?

I would not do close grip on chest day thats really a tricep workout. Sustitute them for dumbell flyes and maybe chuck in a pec deck once in a while.

Let your arms bend naturally but make sure you get a good full stretch then a nice lift to a 1 sec squeeze at the top.

DB Flyes ROCK!!!

I read somewhere that to keep tension in the chest area you should only go parralell to the chest and not any lower - any thoughts on this?

Cheers,

LM
