| Under Construction Join Date: Mar 2004 Posts: 12 Rep Power: ![]() | hi have been training for 7 months now and am doing great have put on some weight but fit into my jeans great I want to get rid of some of the sag on my chest and have been told to do quite heavy reps of incline press to improve any one got any advice on this cheers |

| Making Progress Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: England Posts: 348 Rep Power: ![]() | If you want to tighten it all up its best not to go too heavy and maybe increase the reps a little because small reps with heavy weight will build strength and size. For good tone i would sujest more reps and medium weight and most importantly good form on the exercise. Some fatloss regime would be good to loose excess off the body. What does your chest day look like? ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |

| Making Progress Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: England Posts: 348 Rep Power: ![]() | I would not do close grip on chest day thats really a tricep workout. Sustitute them for dumbell flyes and maybe chuck in a pec deck once in a while. ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |
