While building up my upper body, my Latissimus dorsi and terres major ( i looked these muscle names up on a site, I hope they are right! ) are different sizes. i.e. My left side looks alot bigger than the right. Is there a way to sort this out? or is it something that will work itself out? |

| Making Progress | Hi there, the human body is unique, in that one side is never the same as the other, doesnt matter if its left&right feet, arms or even the left and right sides of your face, continual progression means that your proportions balance out even though your muscles will never be exactly the same, thing about it is, is that you are the only one who notices. dave. |

| Making Progress | Hi Straps, welcome first of all. Like we said, the human body is unique, look at Jay Cutler, with his abs, they are completely genetic. Dont worry about it and keep up the god work! ______________________ "Living life at 18stone 10lbs is painful. Losing weight is a challenge.
