Default beyond brawn

Anyone read it and is it worth a look ?...and if so has it changed anyones training outlook ?...thanks

thanks anyway mate but i got a copy off ebay.... having put it in the computer it looks like it will take a month to read it so thought id ask if its worth the read first

Yeah I'd say I train in a Brawn-ish way. Cal got me onto it. I don't agree with everything in there and I think its fair to say people interpret Brawn in a number of ways.

I do change my training up and around every 4/5 weeks, but its based around 'abbreviated training' doing heavy compound movements.

Cal calls Brawn his Bible

anything that gives good info has got to be worth a read. brawn isnt for everyone but you never no till you try . as tall says its cals whole way of training and he has seen good results .
