thanks for posting that....i feel a little better now,every time i jump on the scales in boots they tell me im at least 4 stone overweight !!!...not sure id go along with a 7.5 inch wrist being heavy structure.

reading over it again, struggling to under stand page 82, i am 6 foot and my wrist is just 7.25 inches :-( , what does this tell me?

lol i dunno mate you should be able to work it out-
i`m lucky i`m 5"9 ish.
its just a rough guide to how symetrical you are for your weight and height...
