i remember watching world's strongest man (a part about thier diet) about a year back and f**king hell, they get a canny few calories down their neck, i can't remember the exact figure but it was very impressive.

Chicken shakes - at least that's what the current America's Strongest Man Derek Poundstone eats.

Bodyworks - 7300 is easy?! Respect! I struggle with 4000 on my bulking diets. Don't you just get sick of all that eating?

There was a teenager on UK Tv documentary last year who was 30 stone. He told his doctor he drank 40 pints of lager a night. At first the doctor thought it was 14 pints. When the guy repeated 40, the poor doctor did a very shocked double-take!
