Default Altitude arm building.

Hey people! im new to this forum, im going to tell (for people who dont know) about altitude bodybuilding, it *the best* way to build your arms and its so easy a 7 year old could do it.

What you will need
1)dumbells
2)A space to do press ups
3)Loads of energy.

"high altitude" training is basicly about pushing your body hard and fast for under 1 hour to get maximum effects.
trust me, if your not experienced after this you will be flat out and your arms burning.

before starting i want to tell you that on this regeim you will need to do it 1 day, then take the next day off to give your arms a chance to recover.

Okay now lets Begin!
take a dumbell in both hands, and begin pumping at about 2 per second.
fast right? NO! not yet
continue this for about 5 minutes.

After 5 mins you can start stepping it up a gear to about 3 per second.
keep this up for atleast 5 minutes.
now it starts getting HARD 4 per second.
continue this for 10 minutes impossible? NO! entirely possible for both begginer and expert, just hard, depending on wether your a begginer or not you should select the correct weight dumbells.

stop after youve done the 4ps and stretch off.
get down to pressup position.

go half way down to the ground, and stay there for the count to 5.
1
2
3
4
5
now lift back up.
repeat this 10 times.

now go all the way down and hold it for 5 seconds.
1
2
3
4
5
repeat this 5 times.
now get up and walk around
take deep breaths.

now go and fix yourself somthing to eat, anything you want somthing with lots of energy i.e chocolate.

If you follow this i promise you will find results within a month, impressive results.

i was told this program at my gym and it has really worked for me
enjoy it!

p.s if you get asked how did ou get your arms so big say "im an altitude builder"

Sounds a bit bad for the ligaments and joints doing 5 reps a second?!

I am a bit sceptical that your arms would grow this way. Are you supposed to do them every other day? What about the rest of your body? Look a bit silly with arms out of proportion with the rest of the body.

Maybe a yes for toning, but I'd have to go for a big NO for building size. But I don't mind being proved wrong.

I'll let someone else be the guinea pig. I'm happy with my current routine and would need to read or see more on a new approach to training before giving up my gym time. I've seen lots of fads come and go.
But like I said, I don't mind being proved wrong.

For every additional 10 pounds of lean mass you'll put in inch on your arms. Its a rough estimation but spot growth is only possible to a point.

If you want bigger arms go do squat deadlift bench and shoulder press. Then Maybe 6 - 8 sets of bi's or tris a week each tops.

you can't grow one bodypart in almost the same way you can't spot reduce fat. Yes if you neglect a bodypart it will be noticeable and genetics play a huge part in this too but as far as getting 18 inch arms with a 22 inch thigh not a chance in hell

In all honesty, i dont see it building BIG arms. It might build up the veins in your arms, or get your heart rate going high so burn some fat, or pump your arm up to LOOK big because of such a ridiculously high volume, but this sums up why routines given by 'expert trainers' at commercial gyms are just bull IMO!

'i was told this program at my gym and it has really worked for me Very Happy
enjoy it! '

..

Nick

look to be quite honest i dont care if you do it or not, its a free guide to altitude arm building which is based on hard fast reps and building of the biceps.
its a small guide that i payed for by going to my local gym and gave to you because it has worked for me and continues to.
its not a miracle answer to all your problems, its a hard and painful way to get muscle growth in realistic time.
again, thanks for your reply.

If you're happy with the results you're getting then you've no reason to change. There are some highly experienced bodybuilders here with a lot of experience, however it's always good to hear of new ideas or principles so that we can argue the benefit, or the lack of.
This is what makes people think about what they are doing in the gym. We're all looking to improve our training and are always on the lookout for techniques and new theories that will reward us with better results.
Unfortunately, there's more rubbish being churned out than principles worth investing our time in, usually by people looking to make a quick buck by selling miracles.
