Default Re: Carb blocker?

Make the bread wholemeal and the carbs in general complex carbs
there is a book called the low GI cook book and in the first couple of introductery pages it explains really well how to compile meals so as not to have the diverse effects from food, carbs in particuler.

simple carbs start a chain of bad signals through your body, that almost forces you to eat more sugery food, except for certain times when your body can quickly utilise them.
