Just from my point of view (wanting to lose 3 stone fat while keeping current muscle is took my mid morning shake out and replaced with a piece of fruit, and added a 10 mile ride on the bike before breakfast 5 days a week. This kick started my weight loss again. What you might be finding is that you are putting on as much muscle weight wise as you are losing fat weight wise. Also how tall are you because 150lbs isnt that much for an average person. It may do you good to focus on building muscle rather than losing fat and you may find you fill out and tighten up. I dont think i will be the only person to say this but if you do as much exercise as you do your body will adapt and slow down to conserve energy. You may also be burning muscle. How long have you been doing your insane routine for as well?

Also just to save other people saying try and give a more concise report of what you are eating so it is easy to read. Break it down for us into how many grams of carbs (and what the carbs are), how many grams of protein you are taking in, and also a rough estimate of fat you take in.
