I would say that is hampering your gains. I do 40 minutes every day off season in the morning and this makes me eat like a horse for the rest of the day.
Most of what you have gained fat wise will come off in the first 6 weeks, its the visceral fat that has been lodged there for years that will be the problem. ______________________
