Re: Tall's New Log Question ... I tried carb loading (as the Keto diet I'm on has me carb depleated) at 800g carbs (from oats and white spuds) for three days and a shed load of water.
Upper body blew up massively, even more so after training, but I lost all definition, you couldn't even see the horseshoe on my tri's.
What did I do wrong? |
