Re: Still in the Saddle it's never too late to take up regular exercise buddy. the health benefits of it are endless. you'll enjoy it too if you take it seriously and be consistant. when the changes start happening you'll be plenty motivated to keep it up, then who knows how far you'll go ? my pal started bodybuilding at 47 years old and now in his 60's looks frickin awesome.
