It is a pain at the front of my shoulder, sharp pain when I raise my arm. The pain has started to die down now although I still dont have full movement of it, any ideas what I may have done, is it just a pulled muscle ?
I doubt it has anything to do with me training shoulders as I have only trained them the once lately and this was about 2weeks before my fight.
Is it worth seeing a sports therapist about this sort of thing?
